Chunxi Town Branch of Charity Association was established successfully

On October 24, Quxi Town held the inaugural meeting of Quxi Town Branch of District Charity Association. People from all walks of life, such as villages, primary and secondary schools, enterprises and religious units, attended the meeting. Wu Xishun, chairman of the District Charity Association, and Wang Xiaokang, vice-chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, attended the inauguration ceremony.

At the founding meeting, Lin Shenglai, chairman of Quxi Town Charity Branch, gave a report on the preparatory work of the charity branch to the participants. Wu Xishun, chairman of the District Charity Federation, awarded a licence and a medal to the Quxi Town Branch and announced the establishment of the charity branch of Quxi Town. The conference also set up on-site donation ceremonies. Loving people from all walks of life donated enthusiastically, raising more than 1.8 million yuan in total.
