Ouhai District Federation of Trade Unions to Develop Visiting Enterprises Activities

After the Spring Festival holidays, enterprises in Ouhai have resumed production. On February 22 and 23, Zhang Jianhui, vice chairman of Ouhai District Federation of Trade Unions, and other people accompanied by Wang Xingguo, chairman of the street trade unions, and Hu Xuexian, vice chairman of the Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, paid a visit to the enterprises in their jurisdiction for the Spring Festival.

On the same day, we visitedZhejiang Wanchao Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd., Garden Hotel, Wenzhou Jessie Lai Garment Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Langsheng Optics Co., Ltd. and listened to the difficulties of recruiting workers in the Spring Festival and security issues of the chairman of the trade union. Zhang Jianhui elaborated on the difficulties and problems raised by various enterprises and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions. The visiting group also went deep into the front-line workshops to learn about the work situation of the front-line workers, and hoped that in the new year, we will continue to perform our duties, love their jobs and dedicate ourselves to their work, and make greater contributions to their posts.

The visiting activities have shortened the distance between the district general trade unions and the grass-roots trade unions, and played a positive role in improving the ability of trade unions to serve workers. In the follow-up, the Ouhai district general trade unions will further deepen their visiting activities, guide the work of grass-roots trade unions, and constantly expand the influence and cohesion of trade unions.
